Since 1997, Frank Galusha has lived to do one thing: race micro sprints. He’s not only been a staple at the national level, he’s won virtually every major race in the nation.

Now, as a driver/owner of a three car team, he has one more win he’d like to check off his list: The Tulsa Shootout. The Tulsa Shootout, held in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is the world’s largest micro sprint race. Many drivers fantasize about winning the Golden Driller. With the number of entries increasing every year, the event will set a new record in 2020 with 1,397 total entries from 608 drivers. Since 2015, the number of entries has surpassed the millennium mark. With such a large fanbase, the Tulsa Shootout is a must-see event for every race fan or driver.

Plagued by bad luck, he’s come frustratingly close multiple times. But ultimately, just short in the end.

Take a behind the scenes look at what it takes to prepare for, and compete in, the world’s most competitive indoor race in this episode of Shootout. Please like, subscribe 🔔 and let us know what you think.
